TONY SCHWARTZ - PRESIDENT AND CEO

Tony's most recent book, Be Excellent at Anything: The Four Keys to Transforming the Way We Work and Live, was published in May 2010 and became an immediate New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller. His previous book, The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy Not Time, co-authored with Jim Loehr, spent four months on the New York Times bestseller list and has been translated into 28 languages.

Tony is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review, and is one of HBR.org's most popular bloggers.

Tony began his career as a journalist. He has been a reporter for the New York Times, an editor at Newsweek, a staff writer at New York and Esquire, and a columnist for Fast Company. He also co-authored the #1 worldwide bestseller The Art of the Deal with Donald Trump, and wrote What Really Matters: Searching for Wisdom in America.

Tony has delivered keynotes to audiences around the world and has worked with leaders at dozens of organizations including Google, Sony, Ford, Barclays Capital, Wells Fargo, Ernst and Young, Intel, Oracle and Kraft, as well as the Los Angeles Police Department, the Cleveland Clinic and the National Security Agency.

ANNIE PERRIN - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Since joining the Energy Project in 2006, Annie has focused on facilitating our 16-hour core curriculum in large organizations, coaching senior executives and delivering keynotes. Annie has facilitated and coached senior leaders at organizations including Barclays Bank, Google, Sony Pictures Entertainment, the Cleveland Clinic and Wachovia Bank. She has also delivered keynotes at a range of organizations including Ernst and Young, the Visiting Nurses of New York and Morgan Stanley.

Prior to The Energy Project, Annie spent 15 years as a psychotherapist with a focus on trauma survivors. She spent seven years working with children at The Andrus Center in Yonkers, New York, and also worked with survivors of 9/11. Annie has lectured about trauma and resilience at Columbia University and Manhattanville College, and has trained and supervised graduate students from New York University, Pratt and Hunter College. She is one of the co-authors of "Understanding The Dance Therapy Group".

In 2004, Annie was honored by the Sanctuary Institute with the "Sanctuary Hero Award" for her outstanding work in the field of trauma. Annie earned her Bachelor's degree in Education and a second undergraduate degree in Dance from Buffalo State College. She received her Master's degree in Dance Movement therapy from Hunter College. Annie is also a National Certified Counselor.

CORRY DEVIN - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING AND STRATEGY

Corry has ten years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Prior to joining The Energy Project in early 2009, she worked at A&E Television Networks for seven years, where she oversaw the development of digital and on-air marketing strategies for the consumer products division across several brands, including A&E Television, The History Channel and The Biography Channel. Before that, Corry led digital media and online marketing initiatives for Sellsonic, an e-commerce management company, and for Sumner Communications, a leading publisher of wholesale trade magazines and websites. She also ran her own consulting business.

Corry has spoken at numerous conferences about using digital media to drive consumer engagement through relevancy, and has been profiled in DM News magazine. Corry attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, where she graduated from the honors program with a BA in Advertising. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, James, and their two sons.

SHERYL KING - VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Since joining The Energy Project in 2008, Sheryl has been responsible for providing client support for the company and coordinating program details. She is the main point of contact for all program coordination including scheduling, logistical details, materials and evaluations.

Prior to The Energy Project, Sheryl spent 16 years in the mortgage industry in roles ranging from sales and underwriting management to fraud investigations. She has in-depth experience in training, research analysis, management and real estate lending. Sheryl has also been a trainer, and has presented at fraud prevention conferences.

Sheryl attended Long Island University in Southampton, NY, and completed the NJ Mortgage Bankers License program.

ANDREW DEUTSCHER - FACILITATOR

Prior to joining The Energy Project in 2009, Andrew spent ten years at Sony Pictures Television, the last five as a senior corporate executive responsible for sales and distribution of major television programs including "King of Queens" and "Just Shoot Me." He was also responsible for developing strategies, sales goals and marketing plans for shows ranging from "Dr. OZ" to "Seinfeld."

Prior to Sony, Andrew worked in local broadcast television for a Warner Bros. affiliate while doing commercial acting in Phoenix.

A sought after speaker and moderator for many industry events including the New York State Broadcasters Association and NAB, Andrew also has delivered keynotes for leaders in organizations such as Marriott International, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Franklin Healthcare and many others.
